(a helpful tip is to hold the calipers in place with a piece of double-sided tape next wrap some tape)
将步进电机的轴插入耦合器。使用牢固的压力一直向前座椅,并将其夹紧到位。通过拉回步进电机将耦合器分开。将垫片与步进电机的面对齐。通过四个插座头螺钉重新加入耦合器并牢固地安装步进电机。继续前进到X轴,首先将球螺母拧到X轴球螺母支架上。旋转滚珠丝杠,使球螺母大致在碗螺钉的中点。将步进电机耦合器滑动到滚珠丝杠的末端并使用夹紧螺钉将其锁定到位。步进电机可以安装在桌子的任一端。安装右侧的步进电机安装滚珠丝杠支架。 so that the motor coupler is drawn right. before tightening the screws, use calipers to align the ball screw perfectly square with the saddle. the measurement at the left and right side of the saddle within a few hundredths millimeters of each other. tighten the ball nut bracket screws down firmly. clean the ways and slide the table back onto the saddle. be careful not to bump the ball screw. insert the Gib and lock it in place by using the Gib adjustment screw. the table should easily slide back and forth. wrap some tape around the end of a ball screw. slide an angular contact bearing over the end of the bull screw with its mark side facing back. slide the x-axis fins over the bearing and insert the second bearing with a small side facing forward. thread on the locking nut. carefully preload the angular contact bearings using a wrench and pliers. the flange should spin freely with no binding. lock the nut to the ball screw shaft by tightening the grub screw and remove the tape. mount the flange to the table using the two socket head screws. level the flange and tighten the screws all the way. push the bearing cover in place.
